Terms and Conditions:

1. This cashback promo is valid from February 17, 2025, to April 12, 2025.

2. Financing applications must be submitted within the promo period and successfully disbursed to receive cashback.

3. Eligible debtors for cashback:

• This promo applies to debtors who apply for financing with home certificate collateral through BFI Finance's official website (bfi.co.id) or the BFI Mobile application.
• One phone number with one official identity (KTP) can only participate in the promo once during the promo period.
• Debtors who apply for financing with a minimum disbursement amount of Rp500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) will receive a cashback of Rp1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah).

4. The cashback reward will be transferred in cash to each debtor’s registered account at BFI Finance.

5. This cashback promo is valid for the first 10 debtors who successfully apply for financing and disbursement during the promo period.

6. The cashback promo is only applicable at BFI Finance branches that provide financing with home certificate collateral in the following locations:

• Jabodetabek
• East Java (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang, and Gresik)
• Medan
• Balikpapan
• Samarinda

7. Other general debtor requirements refer to BFI Finance’s general requirements for home certificate collateral financing applications (see https://www.bfi.co.id/id/produk/jaminan-sertifikat-rumah).

8. The cashback disbursement period will be as follows:

9. Cashback recipients will be further contacted by the BFI Finance Team via WhatsApp Customer Care (088 211 500018).

10. If any fraud is detected, BFI Finance reserves the right to cancel the cashback without prior notice.

11. BFI Finance only approves financing applications from debtors who meet the criteria and financing aspects based on existing regulations.
