Required documents
1. Personal documents: KTP, KK, and NPWP
2. PLN customer number or latest PLN account
3. Residence status documents:
- Own house status: PBB, SHM, AJB
- Rental house status: contract/lease agreement
- Status of official house: Certificate of occupying the official house
4. Asset Documents: STNK, BPKB, Tax, and Invoice
5. Income documents:
- Employee: Salary Slip, Certificate of Employment, and last 3 months Account Mutation
- Entrepreneur: Business opening/invoice, last 3 months bank statement, SIUP/TDP, and SKU/Deed.
