The Completeness of Document:
The complete documents required to apply for financing and procurement of heavy equipment are as follows:
- Bank statements / Financial Statements for the last 3 months
- Recap of sales/PO data
- SPK (Work Order Letter)
Legality Documents:
- Deed of Establishment up to amendments along with Decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
- SIUP
- TDP
- Company NPWP
- Certificate of domicile
- Company Management KTP
