2024 Financial Inclusion Month Promo - Home Certificate Financing

Welcoming Financial Inclusion Month 2024, BFI Finance is providing a special promo for BFI friends who apply for financing with a house certificate guarantee only in October 2024! You have the opportunity to get special loan interest rates starting from 0.56% per month.

1. Submission Requirements:

• Debtor's profession: Employee or Entrepreneur
• Minimum age 21 years and maximum age 65 years (until loan repayment)
• Marital Status: Not Married or Not Married
• Application requirements: Only valid for the following cities:
  • Jabodetabek
  • East Java (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang and Gresik)
  • Medan
• Prospective customers can be new customers or existing customers (for existing customers, at least they have completed a credit period of 50% of the financing period at BFI Finance).
• Employee profiles must meet the following conditions:
  • Work for a company that is publicly known, the company has a clear business, and is in the form of a business entity/legal entity.
  • Salary is reflected in the account.
  • Minimum Managerial/Structural position with a permanent employee service period of > 2 years, or Prohire employee with a minimum permanent employee service period of 6 months 3.
• For entrepreneurs, transactions must be reflected in the bank statement
• There has never been any loan restructuring for debtors, partners or business entities and other stakeholders in the last 2 years
• Company/Business Criteria:
  • Business profiles that are not permitted to be financed:
    • The need is only for passive investment/capital participation; Example: "Consumers borrow with the aim of passive investment, without the debtor's involvement in business activities.
    • Business in the field of Stock Investment/Share Trading/Cryptocurrency
    • Contractor/Developer/General Supplier

2. Property Profile:

• Have ownership rights to property (SHM/SHGB) in the name of prospective customers and their spouses.
• Not located in an alley, accessible by 1 car (3 meters wide), and not in a village.
• Not close to public facilities, power lines, cemeteries, or watersheds.
• Not in the sales process.
• Whether it is occupied or not in vacant condition.

3. Required Documents:

• Entrepreneurs attach savings/bank statements for at least the last 6 months that reflect business transactions and are recognized only for transactions that can be validated outside of window dressing transactions.
• Private employees attach payroll accounts and pay slips for at least the last 3 months or Annual SPT.
• Specifically for financing purposes for working capital for business entities/legal entities, you must attach financial reports for the last 2 years (audited/non-audited).

4. Submission Terms:

• Minimum disbursement amount IDR 1,000,000,000
• Entrepreneur/professional profession. Maximum tenor of 5 years 
• Maximum employee tenure of 7 years.
• Interest Rate:
  • 13-14% per year (for disbursement => IDR 1,000,000,000 - IDR 1,999,999,999)
  • 12-13% per year (for disbursement => IDR 2,000,000,000)
