TANGERANG SELATAN, DECEMBER 7, 2020 - There is always a way to share knowledge anytime, anywhere. This time, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) gave a public lecture for informatics students at Soegijapranata Catholic University, Semarang.
The online public lecture was held in two classes, namely on November 27 and December 4. In the first class, Natalia Sofianty, IT Business Analyst Head of BFI Finance, delivered material related to IT Business Analyst function, which serves as a bridge between Users (from various other departments in the Company) and IT in the scope of system development to help Users find the right solution.
The next class was “Introduction to Scrum (An Agile Software Development Framework)” presented by Danny F. Wuysang, Agile Coach of BFI Finance. Agile software development framework is the basis of short-term system development principles with fast adaptation rate to all changes. The focal point is teamwork and emphasizes collaboration between team members.
This principle can clearly be applied by anyone, not only by people in the IT sector. In this situation rife with uncertainties due to COVID-19 pandemic like today, we, working in any sector in business world, must be flexible in adapting and being able to respond to these rapid changes. The key is to stay healthy, think positive, continuously develop ourselves, and build networking.
