South Tangerang, September 6, 2020 – The momentum of this year’s National Customer Day has been used by PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) to continuously echo healthy lifestyle to communities. BFI Finance’s employees in South Tangerang and several other cities distributed some amount of hand sanitizer to community members while bicycling around the neighborhood of operational offices on September 6. Complying with tight health protocols, the employees bicycled in limited groups, not in a crowd.
In terms of adapting to the new normal life, BFI Finance always prioritizes customer satisfaction. Despite limitation in face-to-face communication due to COVID-19 pandemic, superfine customer service is still carried out. By applying physical and social distancing, BFI Finance adjusts its work processes and procedures.
