BFI Finance always applies the principles of Good Corporate Governance in every business activity as stipulated in OJK Regulation number 30/POJK.05/2014 concerning Good Corporate Governance for Financing Companies and OJK Regulation number 21/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Implementation of Open Corporate Governance. The Company prepares guidelines for Good Corporate Governance to be a reference for Directors, Commissioners, Sharia Supervisory Board and Company employees in carrying out the Company's business activities.
