Jakarta, November 27, 2020 - In November, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) celebrated Heroes' Day by distributing staple food packages to veterans and veteran widows. This aid is collected from donations from employees through “BFI Jualin & Donasi” program. As a realization of this program, BFI Finance handed over 50 staple food packages to Yayasan Sahabat Veteran, Jakarta (27/11), for further distribution.
This activity is a concrete form of BFI Finance's appreciation and concern for the struggle and sacrifice of veterans for the country. Heroes' Day, which is celebrated every year, is not just about "thanking" the warriors. Instead, Heroes' Day reminds us of the meaning of fighting to achieve independence and defend our beloved country.
