Jakarta, July 5, 2023 – Entering the second semester of this year, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) put another addition to a series of achievement one more time by earning four awards at once in Human Capital Resilience Excellence Award (HCREA) 2023 held by First Indonesia Magazine on Wednesday (July 5).
In the corporate scope, BFI Finance won the title The Best Recruitment, The Best Teamwork, and Excellence in HC Change Management & Communication Strategy. Apart from that, the company also received special award for individual, that is for Andrew Adiwijanto, BFI Finance’s Director of Operation and Human Resources, who won the title The Best Leadership Development Focus on HC (Human Capital).
BFI Finance competed with hundreds of companies from state-owned enterprises (BUMN), local-owned enterprises (BUMD), to national and multinational private companies. After going through selection and judging procedures, BFI Finance was considered capable of adapting and innovating in the field of human capital amid current digital transformation and business resilience. Moreover, BFI Finance also proved to have been able to bring forth leaders from within excellent organization.
