Jakarta, September 18, 2023 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) once again received an award in the 14th IICD Corporate Governance Conference and Awards 2023 held by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in Jakarta (09/18/2023). This was the third time for BFI Finance to be included in the Top 50 BigCap PLCs (Big Capitalization of Public Listed Companies) consecutively since 2021.
Additionally, BFI Finance was also considered to have implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) best practices. The assessment has been conducted by IICD using ASEAN CG Scorecard method to 200 issuers with biggest market capitalization and were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The issuers were categorized into two groups of 100 BigCap issuers and 100 MidCap issuers, and the assessment was supported by 6 assessors who were competent and experienced in ASEAN CG Scorecard.
