Jakarta, November 7, 2019 - The efforts of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) to deliver excellent service to the community encourages BFI Finance to continuously innovate. Its innovation in operations that prioritize customer’s interests has led BFI Finance to bring home Indonesia Operational Excellence Conference and Award (Opexcon) 2019 from SHIFT Indonesia which took place at Pullman Jakarta Central Park (7/11). SHIFT Indonesia is a media that presents references on operational excellence, either in view of methodology, implementation, or tips and case studies of various industries in Indonesia and abroad.
Represented by Dinda Lesmana, Operation Project & Monitoring Unit Head of BFI Finance, BFI Finance received silver achievement title for the category of services. BFI Finance also passed a series of judging processes where the Company had successfully presented its project that focused on the effectiveness and efficiency of process for the customers by utilizing ease from digital tech.
"Opex 4.0: Process Excellence, People Transformation, and Digital Innovation" was the theme of the eight Opexcon event.
